Join Us in Honoring Jim Galetano — Walking to Fight Melanoma

In 2025, we lost our amazing dad, Jim Galetano, to acral melanoma — a deadly and aggressive form of skin cancer. His battle was short, but the impact of this disease was devastating. In his honor, we’re participating in 2026 Chicago Miles for Melanoma Walk to raise awareness, fund life-saving research, and support those currently fighting melanoma.

Our dad was a true family man who loved his family more than anything. His warmth, strength, and unwavering love shaped who we are and this walk is our way of continuing his legacy and turning our grief into purpose.
