The fight against melanoma is personal to our family.

Our dad, Vasilios Zimplas, passed away from melanoma, and we are running together in his memory. This 5K is more than just a race; it’s a way for us to honor his life and keep his memory alive.

Melanoma is one of the deadliest forms of skin cancer, but progress is being made through research, early detection, and new treatments. There is still more to be done, and every step we take helps move us closer to a cure.
