After having melanoma, I’ve experienced firsthand how serious and how common this disease can be. But I’ve also experienced the incredible power of community. Support from my friends, family, doctors, and everyone who showed up for me during that time made all the difference.  I’m incredibly grateful for early detection, excellent medical care, and the research that made my treatment possible. Now I want to help move that progress forward for others.

Melanoma is the deadliest and one of the fastest-growing forms of skin cancer. Thanks to continued research, there have been major advances in detection, treatment, and survival rates in recent years. Those breakthroughs happen because people show up, speak up, and step up.
