Please support my fundraising efforts for the Melanoma Research Foundation!
The cure for melanoma begins here.
The Black Ribbon Crew's first 5K walk for melanoma for 2025 was a success!
We are back at it this year to continue the fight for a cure, support those who are affected, and advocate for a healthier future for all.
We are here to bring attention to mucosal melanoma, specifically. It is one of the rarest and most aggressive forms of melanoma with a poor prognosis and survival rate. In being diagnosed in 2025, I started with conventional therapies that proved to be unsuccessful. This was followed by clinical trial treatments at the Angeles Clinic/Cedars Sinai, which I have been undergoing since August of last year. Miraculously, I have seen progress in the right direction with a reduction of the disease. As I continue my journey toward full remission, it is important to note that only ten years ago, this great advancement in medicine and research was not available, with a very limited supply of trials for patients with advanced stages. Yet, breakthroughs are occurring every day, that are helping people like me live today and have a brighter future.
Please help us raise funds for the Melanoma Research Foundation to continue supporting institutions that are making these developments possible.
Please remember to advocate, participate and speak up about melanoma and how it affects you. You may save someone's life and/or give them hope. It is also important to maintain regular checkups for yourself and loved ones. If something feels off, check yourself before you wreck yourself, because it may be rare but there.
Thank you for your continued prayers, love and support!
