Team Guille 

Guille passed away on August 21, 2020, from melanoma ? the deadliest and fastest-growing form of skin cancer. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and fighter whose life was cut short far too soon. She still had so much life to live, and we walk to honor her memory and her strength.

Team Guille was formed in her honor in October 2020, and this year marks our 6th year walking. Every step matters, and every step counts.

Significant progress has been made in recent years ? from improved early detection to new drug treatments and better survival rates ? but there?s still more to be done.

Miles for Melanoma brings people together to take action, raise awareness, and support the fight against this devastating disease. Together, we walk with love, hope, and determination ? for Guille, and for a cure.
