The cure for melanoma begins with me.

Team Reilly Strong was created in loving memory of our beautiful daughter Reilly, who passed away from melanoma on May 27, 2021. At just 22 years old, Reilly carried a wisdom and spirit far beyond her years. In the past four years, Team Reilly Strong has raised over $94,000 for melanoma research and has proudly welcomed more than 150 walkers each year.

This year, our goal is to surpass $100,000 and reach $110,000—because every step matters, and every dollar brings us closer to a cure.

The number of people who show up year after year speaks volumes about the lasting impact Reilly had on everyone who knew her. We are endlessly proud of the person she was and carry her memory with us every day, along with all the moments and milestones we miss.

Thanks to continued research, we’ve seen progress in early detection, treatment options, and survival rates. These breakthroughs wouldn’t be possible without sustained support and momentum. While we wish a cure had come in time for Reilly, we’re committed to making sure it comes in time for others.

As Reilly said in her Roaming Reilly videos " Try to squeeze the juice out of life. Live everyday with gratitude and positivity and to just.... LOVE LIFE!  She has inspired us all and that’s exactly what we aim to do each day.

Reilly's life was cut way to short by this awful disease and no one, and no family member, loved one, or friend should have to watch someone battle this awful disease. Reilly NEVER gave up hope and stayed so positive until she could not fight anymore.
